1. About AllContext

AllContext is a technology and artificial intelligence platform designed to help startups, enterprises, and organizations use technology, data, automation, and AI capabilities to improve business processes and decision-making.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under applicable law. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful and authorized purposes.

You must not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.

4. Accounts and Credentials

Where an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You should notify AllContext promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.

5. User Content

You may provide information, text, documents, files, prompts, data, or other materials to the Services (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights necessary for AllContext and its service providers to process that content to provide the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide User Content and allow it to be processed through the Services.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Services may generate text, recommendations, summaries, classifications, predictions, analyses, code, or other outputs using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or unintended results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

AI-generated output should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly provided under an applicable professional engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

AllContext and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website, software, platform technology, branding, designs, documentation, trademarks, and other proprietary materials provided by AllContext, except for User Content and third-party materials.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of AllContext’s intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, AllContext grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party software, APIs, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, analytics services, or other external services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AllContext is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

9. Service Availability

AllContext may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, systems, data, or third parties, or where you breach these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any applicable contractual commitments.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllContext will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AllContext and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
